From August 7th to August 9th, the "2023 Academic Annual Meeting of the Chinese Vacuum Society" was held at Sun Yat sen University in Guangzhou. This annual meeting was hosted by the Chinese Vacuum Society and hosted by Sun Yat sen University and the Guangdong Vacuum Society. At the same time, it will be held in conjunction with the 17th International Vacuum Exhibition 2023.
