Boson participate 24th International Conference on Non-contact Atomic Force Microscopy (NC-AFM2023)

The 24th International Conference on Non Contact Atomic Force Microscopy will be held from September 25th to 29th, 2023 at the U-town Auditorium 1 in the City Square of the National University of Singapore. Address: 2 College Ave West Stephen Ridy Centre Singapore 138607, NCAFM 2023 is part of a series of international conferences dedicated to discussing the latest developments in dynamic atomic force microscopy. The conference covered experimental, theoretical, and instrumental developments in frequency modulation and other dynamic operating modes, with a particular focus on high-resolution imaging and force spectra.
